Energica - Training and Consultancy Academy, in partnership with IPRC and LAC Certification, organized a weekly online event during the Pandemic period, which aimed to share concepts, tools and behaviors in quality Customer Service.

As challenges are also opportunities, and business can't stop, the Arte de Encantar LIVE, which already has 15 editions, over the last few weeks, had the participation of Judite Manso and Florinda Ladeira, totaling more than 6,500 views.

During these 15 weeks, the phases of customer service, the importance of positive communication, assertiveness and empathy, and the importance of the profession of customer service were explored.
