The Arte de Encantaris an event that has seen its recognition grow over the years and is already a reference for companies.

The IPRC – Instituto Português da Relação com o Cliente in partnership with Energica – Academia de Formação e Consultoria, have been touring the country since 2011, with the aim of promoting, dignifying and qualifying a profession that contributes a lot to the national economy: customer service.

The Arte de Encantar is aimed at all professionals in the commerce of products and/or services, professionals and future professionals in all areas, and is also open to those who want to transform intuitive behaviour into professional and charming behaviour through more positive communication.
