LAC - Leader in Customer Service is a programme with international scope, which analyses and certifies organisations that are in compliance with basic care parameters and respect the Consumer Defence Law. Given the pandemic context, LAC has been adjusted, also evaluating and certifying compliance with the rules and guidelines of the DGS, becoming LAC - Safe & Care.
