The audit "Mystery Auditor" is a tool used by the IPRC to measure the quality of care, during the sale or provision of services. The objective is to evaluate, with the eyes of a common consumer, everything that happens at the point of service, simulating the experience during the interaction process. The Mystery Auditor drives continuous improvement in attendance. If you wish to be part of the IPRC Mystery Auditors team fill in the form and we will contact you as soon as possible.
- This form must be filled in completely. Only in this way can we evaluate your profile. Each project requires a profile with specific characteristics on the part of the auditor.
- Your data will be kept confidential, and will only be used for the selection of Mystery Auditors, complying with the standards set out in the RGPD.
- When you are selected for a project you will receive all the necessary indications to be able to work safely and in compliance with the standards of the IPRC methodology.
