PRAVE ORGANIZES A SET OF TRAININGS DIRECTED TO THE LOCAL COMMERCE
The second module will focus on LAC (Leader in Customer Service) and will take place on October 17 and November 2. The sessions will be conducted by two specialists from Energica, a certified training entity also responsible for awarding the Leader in Customer Service (LAC) seal.

The training program also includes modules on LAC (October 27 and November 2) and window dressing at the point of sale (November 10 and 17). Each training has a cost of 5 euros.
